Q1: How quickly will I receive my order?
A1: We will ship your order, if ordered before 23:00 today (on working days).*
*The delivery time may be longer at busy times. We will report this on the 'homepage'.

Q2: What do I pay for the shipping of my order?
A2: We use standard shipping costs of 3.95 within the Netherlands. Free shipping: Netherlands – 50 Euro, Belgium – 75 Euro

Q3: Which payment method can I use?
A3: You can pay with Ideal, Paypal, Giropay, KPC and Bancontact.

Q4: Can I exchange or return my order?
A4: Yes, you can exchange or return your order if you are not satisfied or if you want to exchange your order. You have up to 14 days after delivery to register a return or exchange via your account.

Q5: The product I'm looking for is out of stock, will it come back?
A5: Many of our items are 'never out of stock', so if there is no stock, they are temporarily sold out, so they will simply be back in stock. You can leave your email address with the product and you will receive an email from us as soon as the product is back in stock.

Q6: How does return or exchange work?
A6: Klik hier exchange and return, click on the logo where you made the purchase. Enter your order number; (example) ORD1234-1234 and your zip code. You will immediately see your order and can process your exchange or return here. As soon as your request has been processed, you will receive an email from us with the return instructions. Add the return form and send your order to us.

Q7: Do I have to pay to return or exchange my items?
A7: Yes, the return is for your own account. In the event of an exchange, you will receive the new product back at our expense. Average return costs are 3.95.

Q8: Can I still change my already placed order?
A8: Unfortunately it is not possible to change or add items to your order. Returns or exchanges are of course possible, and you can always place an extra order of the desired item.

Q9: I have not received an order confirmation, did my order go through?
A9: Thanks for your order! It is possible that you will receive the confirmation email a little later than you are used to. We recommend that you keep a close eye on both your spam and your normal inbox. If you have ordered with an account, you can view the status of your order here.

Q10: My order was delivered damaged or incomplete, what should I do?
A10: We are sorry that there is something wrong with your order! Would you first like to send us an email to klantenservice@babystyling.nl with a photo of the complaint and your order number? We will process your complaint as soon as possible.

Q11: Can I use multiple gift cards at the same time?
A11: How nice that you received gift vouchers! In our webshop you can enter one code per order. If you have more gift vouchers, please email our customer service so that these vouchers can be combined into 1 code.

Q12: What about free shipping when I return part of my order?
A12: When you return part of your order and the total order amount falls below the free shipping threshold, the shipping costs of 3.95 will be deducted from your return amount.
