  • Q1: How quickly do I receive my order?

    A1: If you order before 11:00 PM on weekdays, the order will be sent the same day.

    In case of high demand, the delivery time may be longer. If this is the case, we will notify you on the 'homepage'.

  • Q2: Can I change or cancel my already placed order?

    A2: Unfortunately, this is not possible because our warehouse is internal at Postnl and an order is often processed within minutes.

  • Q3: I have not received an order confirmation, has my order come through?

    A3: Thank you for your order! Unfortunately, order confirmation emails sometimes end up in your junk/spam box. Have you already checked there?

    When the payment is successful, you can assume that the order has also been received correctly and you will receive the order as soon as possible, except on Sundays and public holidays. If you have placed the order with an account, you can view the status of your order in it.

    If this is not the case, you can always contact us at klantenservice@babystyling.nl. Then we'll check it for you! You can find the order number in the description on the bank statement and it starts with ORD.

  • Q4: What do I pay for the shipping of my order?

    A4: Orders from €50 or higher are delivered free of charge in the Netherlands! For Belgium, from €75 or higher for free delivery. The standard shipping costs are €3.95 for an order in the Netherlands. In other countries, the shipping costs depend on your location.

  • Q5: Which payment methods can I use?

    A5: We like to make it as easy as possible for you to complete an order with us. You can pay at Babystyling with different payment methods. You can choose from, among others: iDeal, Paypal Giropay, KPC, Bancontact, and/or with a gift card.

  • Q6: Can I exchange or return my order?

    A6: Is the item not quite what you expected? That's a shame! Of course, you can return the order, the return costs are at your own expense, you have up to 14 days after delivery to report a return or exchange via your account.

    Returns are processed within 14 working days after arrival. After your return has been processed, you will receive an email with a credit note. The amount will be refunded to the payment method used within 2 working days after receipt of the credit note under 'Mollie Payments'. Unfortunately, it is administratively impossible for us to notify everyone when we have received their return. You can easily check this using the track and trace code.

    If you have any questions about your return, you can contact our customer service. This can be done by email to klantenservice@babystyling.nl. Please attach your PostNL track & trace receipt as a photo or scan in that mail and mention the order number.

  • Q7: How does returning or exchanging work?

    A7: Click here to exchange and return, here you can download the return form.

    You can fill in the return form as desired. It is important that all data is filled in correctly to process the return as carefully as possible in our system.

  • Q8: Do I have to pay for the return or exchange of my item?

    A8: The return shipment is at your own expense. With an exchange, you receive the new product back at our expense. Return costs are from €4.15 (mailbox package).

  • Q9: What about free shipping when I return part of my order?

    A9: Exchanges can no longer be if the total value of the return is. We pay the costs for resending the new items and the return costs are for the customer himself.

  • Q10: The product I am looking for is out of stock, will it come back?

    A10: Many of our items are 'never out of stock', if the product has no stock, the item is temporarily sold out. You can click on the desired size at the item and leave your email address. If the product is back in stock, you will receive an email.

    A14: We take great care for good quality. Fortunately, we receive very few complaints and we are very happy with this. Durability and quality are very important to us.   • Q16: How does Babystyling's clothing fit?

    A16: The brand fits true to size, the double sizes fit more like the largest size. For example, size 50/56 fits more like size 56. The hooded vests fit more like a smaller size 50/56 then fits as size 50.
